Safety doesn’t end at the factory gates
The team at FSP-Tech GmbH took part together in an ADAC basic car safety training course. The aim was to gain a better understanding of their own driving behaviour and to react safely in critical situations.
Practical exercises under realistic conditions
The training focuses on braking and evasive manoeuvres, as well as driving behaviour on different road surfaces. Participants experience how small adjustments to eye movement, seating position and reaction times directly affect driving safety. The exercises are designed to be practical and can be directly applied to everyday life.
Linking occupational and road safety
As an employer, we bear responsibility for safety in the workplace. At the same time, the journey to work is also part of daily risk. Recognising situations early and reacting correctly reduces hazards. The same principles apply in both areas: attention, clear procedures and reliable behaviour.
Taking responsibility together
Joint training not only enhances individual safety but also fosters a team spirit. Experiences are shared and reflected upon together. This creates a shared understanding of safe behaviour that extends beyond the individual.
