Mobile body safety showers from FSP-Tech® are designed for locations where no fixed water supply is available or where safety equipment must be repositioned flexibly. They comply with the requirements of DIN EN 15154-3 and operate with a pressurized tank, in which a durable rubber bladder—filled with nitrogen, ensures a consistent and stable flow rate. Filling is carried out via an auto-fill valve and a standard water hose. Activation occurs through an ergonomic lever handle that opens a full-flow, non-self-closing valve. A high-performance showerhead provides an even and compliant spray pattern. Depending on the model, an integrated hand-held eye shower is included. For changing work locations, an optional lifting bracket is available, allowing the unit to be moved safely by crane. All components are constructed from stainless steel, making the units suitable for demanding industrial environments.
• Versions with body shower only or combined body and hand-held eye shower
• Stainless steel 1.4301, optional 1.4401
• Models with solid rubber wheels and foldable tow bar
• Versions with forklift pockets for internal transport
• Optional crane lifting bracket
• All versions suitable for ATEX Zone 1 & 2
Mobile body safety showers are used in areas where temporary workstations are set up or where technical infrastructure is not yet available. On construction sites, they ensure safe first response when water lines are missing or will only be installed later. During shutdowns, maintenance projects and turnarounds, mobile showers are deployed when piping networks are out of service or work areas shift frequently. They are equally reliable on storage areas, loading zones and remote operational sites. In chemical or petrochemical plants, they are particularly suitable for tasks requiring teams to move between multiple work locations.
