Project completion for international plant engineering
A project carried out under challenging conditions has been successfully completed. We are supplying specialised safety showers and eye wash stations for a new ammonia plant in Topolobampo, Mexico. The client is our customer Proman, an international plant engineering firm. From 2026, the plant will produce up to 2,200 tonnes of ammonia daily and is one of the largest of its kind in Latin America.
Extreme conditions require clear solutions
High temperatures, intense sunlight and salty air place special demands on materials and functionality. Safety showers for such locations are not standard products. They must be specifically designed and adapted to the actual conditions.
From the basic product to a specific, tailor-made solution
The solution is systematically developed from an existing safety shower. Design, materials and configuration are tailored to the site. A type of stainless steel is used that is permanently resistant to corrosion and salt exposure. At the same time, flow rate and water temperature must be reliably maintained even under extreme conditions.
Solutions for real-world operating conditions
The systems meet international requirements, including ANSI Z358.1. For us, this is not an exception, but a standard we live by.
We do not develop catalogue products, but solutions that function under real-world conditions
