FSP-Tech® supplies LoTo sets that contain the equipment for an isolation ready assembled. Everything needed to secure an installation against re-energization is therefore available at the point of use. The product range comprises four packages: the LoTo Lifepack Pocket Edition to carry on the person, the LoTo Lifepack Handwerk, the LoTo Lifepack Industrie and the LoTo Lifepack Industrie Plus. All sets contain at least one safety padlock, a universal lockout for miniature circuit breakers and tagout tags. The larger packages add blanking plugs for Neozed and Diazed fuses, lockout hasps and lockout devices for motor protection switches and load break switches.
LoTo sets are used wherever isolations are part of daily work and the equipment has to be carried along. The Pocket Edition is suitable for service assignments and construction sites where a single miniature circuit breaker is taken out of service. The Lifepack Handwerk covers the usual isolation points of a distribution board, from the miniature circuit breaker to the screw-in fuse. The two industrial packages are designed for maintenance teams that secure several isolation points at the same time and where several people work on the same installation. Permanently installed equipment is additionally kept available at the plant area on a shadow board.
Which set fits depends on the isolation points present in your installation and on how many people secure at the same time. We go through what is in place with you, adjust the composition and extend it with valve lockouts or further lockout devices where energies other than electrical ones have to be secured as well.
