Industrial heritage meets future perspectives
We took part last week in the training and career fair “Zukunft. Was geht.” at the Zollverein site in Essen. Set within the UNESCO World Heritage setting, the focus was on direct exchange with young people.
Direct exchange
The event brings together companies, students and young professionals. Its goal is to provide insight into different career paths and enable direct conversations. We were there to present FSP-Tech as an employer and training company.
Working in safety technology
In discussions, we show how diverse work in safety technology is. From design to production to sales, different departments work closely together. Our products follow a clear principle. They must function reliably in an emergency and protect people.
Training as a foundation
For us, it is essential to attract young people and support them over the long term. Structured training creates the basis for quality, responsibility and safe processes. As a training company, we see it as our task to provide reliable structures, share knowledge and create perspectives.
